Director’s bio:

Jean L. Antolini, artist, filmmaker, an observer of life. Film history consists of the documentary short, My Pocket Pal which was filmed in real-time while revealing the traumas of a young woman she had met, then befriended through a social media platform. Mama’s Got the Blues was her second film, which was a documentary about American women, and their contributions to American Blues Music. The documentary was scored live on stage by the legendary Blues singer-songwriter; Ruth Wyand. The film was performed in the U.S. and New Zealand.
