Amy Trefry: I grew up as a storyteller, as a very young child I lead tours of the Peregrine Falcon Farm that my family lived on, educating tourist about the Peregrines tale of near extinction, and subsequent fight for survival. I have lived, worked and travelled all over the world and storytelling has been a commonality throughout. Transitioning from academics after completing a Master’s of Science Degree in Food Security and Culture, it was a surprisingly short leap from writing papers about strong-willed, defiant, proud and complex women farmers in South Africa to creating characters for screenplays.
Brent Braaten: I am a filmmaker, an illustrator and the Creative Director at a Canadian craft brewery. I have been described as an affable guy. This may be true.
